Editorial Standards
Our purpose
Healthy B Daily publishes practical, general wellness information to help readers make more informed everyday choices. We cover topics such as healthy routines, movement, food, sleep, stress, healthy aging, and oral-health habits.
Our content is educational. It is not a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, or personalised advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
How we develop content
- We aim for clear, useful explanations that answer a real reader question.
- We use reputable sources where a health claim needs support, including recognised public-health organisations, professional associations, and peer-reviewed research when appropriate.
- We avoid copying, thin summaries, exaggerated promises, and “miracle” language.
- We write for everyday wellbeing and do not present general information as personal medical advice.
Authorship and accountability
Articles should identify their author and be updated when meaningful new information changes the guidance. We welcome corrections and take factual accuracy seriously.
We do not use fictional credentials, fake expert endorsements, or “medically reviewed” labels. Where specialist review is genuinely involved, the reviewer and their relevant credentials should be identified clearly.
Advertising, sponsorships, and links
Editorial decisions are made independently. If content is sponsored or includes a compensated relationship, we will label it clearly. Sponsored links should be marked appropriately and must not determine our editorial conclusions.
Corrections and updates
If you believe a page contains an error, is unclear, or needs an update, please contact us with the page URL and the detail you would like us to review. Where a correction is warranted, we will update the page as appropriate.
